Aircraft Rental in Midland, TX
We make renting one of our aircraft easy if you already have your pilot license. We have multiple later models of Cessna 172s and a Cessna 310K available for your aircraft rental service requirements. After a short checkout with an instructor, you can take either aircraft on any trip.
Rental Charges
For multiple-day rentals, $100 will be charged per day that the aircraft does not fly for at least 3 hours. 24 hours is considered a day, and every 3 hours of flight will count toward one day of rental.
Aircraft Rental Period
The breakdown of a five-day trip's hypothetical aircraft rental time is provided below:
The fuel will only be reimbursed for up to $6.00 a gallon, and all other incidentals are the renter's responsibility. Such costs include but are not restricted to hangar fees, ramp fees, landing fees, and tie-down fees.
Advance Purchase Credit
For every $1000 deposit into your account, you will receive an additional $50 credit. If your account is negative at the time of purchase, you will not be eligible for the additional credit.
Membership Rates
For an even more significant discount, please see our membership rates.
Membership costs of $450 will be automatically charged every three months, and early cancellation fees are not refunded. Please advice prior to the last day if you would like to cancel.
Renters Insurance or Damage Pool
There are two options we accept to cover damage liability to our aircraft.
Option 1: Join our damage pool for $200 per year.
Option 2: Have renters insurance from a third party. The policy must have at least $25,000 coverage for aircraft hull damage. You can purchase renters' insurance from Aviation Marine or any other supplier of your choice.
